duende

The spanish word “duende”  represents the emotional response to a piece of art.

Duende is the hardest word to translate, according to dictionary.com’s hot word.

Can you ever really translate that feeling, that concept?

The beautifulPerplexingInterestingAHHmoment?  (hows that for the newest longest word?)  Or my attempt at translation.

To someone who acts like an a$$,  I find myself saying, “You’re a real piece a work.”  I experience duende  in english… somehow to release my reaction…I just shake my head, and under my breath, “duende”.

Different from the museum duende.
